It's been so long!
I cant believe im typing up a blog post in the middle of work here but im just bursting with happiness.

To be honest, i've been trying to avoid blogging after A levels exams to leave curious people dying to know how i faired but now after receiving all my offers i can finally share!

IM GOING SMU BUSINESS.

I feel like i dont really deserve to get into smu business cause i missed the grade by abit
and i totally screwed the interview by not saying a single word in response to their questions because i was just so nervous.

I told myself that the interview didnt matter because i already got my second choice from NUS FASS but i just felt so upset with myself after the interview and thankfully a miracle happened!

I havent accepted the offer yet though because it concerns my life and i have to think it through a million times.

-

And for the past months i've been working at this awesome job at one of the top 4 accounting/ audit firms!

My colleagues are just so nice to me and all i have to do is answer calls and get paid 9 dollars an hour.

You know how people say that in real working life people are all bitchy and work is so hard.
WRONG.
I havent been in a terrible job so far other than a certain bank.
All my work experiences have been sooooo good.

-

And then i have a really awesome boyfriend who may not be the most sensitive person on earth but he surely tries very hard to make me happy always even though we are already together for 1 year and a half!

I watch the "Strangers, again" video occasionally to check which stage of a relationship we are at and i know thats being very silly but im so gratified that we are still at honeymoon/comfortable stage.

-

Needless to say i have the most encouraging family ever.

Never pressurise me to study, occassionally give in to my material needs, always be happy for me as long as i tried my best.
I think my parents have the best parenting skills ever.

You know when my aunties shake their heads in disapproval about how picky i am when it comes to eating and say how lucky their daughter is not like me, i feel very grateful for my mother.

And my father who has to work overseas for the family.
Im taking business to follow his footsteps!

And then i have the best friends ever.
I always like to complain since O levels actually how i will not do well and cant do this cant do that but they've always believed in me!

HAHAHA im so idiotic to get a burst of happiness after receiving encouraging smses from them which inspired this whole I-LOVE-MY-LIFE-IM-SO-BLESSED post.

And though we dont meet as often now due to our busy schedules yesyes, absence makes the heart fonder yes? And we must remain good friends for a long time ok.

And just if you are starting to feel irritated about how smooth life has been for me.
No.

Just today i forgot to bring my wallet and had to run back home from the MRT station to retrieve it.
Was perspiring like mad on the train and was so conscious about me smelling on the way to work (which i didnt, cause girls dont smell.)
And then i got held up at the lobby cause i didnt bring any IC for them to change visitor passes with.
And then i was late for work.

But we just got to appreciate life's good moments. :)

And you know how i believe the every 10 moments of sadness, you get a moment of happiness.
I swear that its totally true.
I just lived through my 10 moments of sadness to deserve this one glorified moment of happiness.
